Description
These wonderful corbels were salvaged from a Philadelphia Victorian.
They are made of wood and painted black.
Each has scrollwork on both sides and the top moldings are intact on 2 of them.
Your bid buys all 3..
Each measures 23.5 inches tall, 17 deep and 7.75 inches thick including the moldings.
Overall they are in good
co
ndition for spending 125+ years outside. There are light cracks from age and light chips from removal.
There are misc. scratches and dings as they are antique.
Two were located at a pitched roof and the moldings were set to match that pitch. The corbels have straight tops but the moldings are pitched, for flat tops they will need to be removed and reset. Please look at the pictures carefully.

For example, if I pull an item from a building that I believe to be original to the house and it is later discovered to be a reproduction, or if I enter an incorrect measurement, I will allow the buyer to return the item. My salvage business was born of necessity in 1993 when I started restoring an old Victorian home that had seen better days. I needed doors, staircase parts, fireplace mantles and more, so I contacted the owners of a few local buildings that were scheduled for demolition. I found and purchased all of the things that I needed for my project and lots of extra treasures which I eventually resold. 17 years later this is still my full time job!
